The patented rocker platform bends and rolls with your foot (like athletic shoes) to make both short and long hikes a breeze. There is no learning curve with the Eva! Just hook, loop and go! The teardrop shape allows you to freely walk or even run without banging your shins.

The dual-density foam design is a dual threat: the soft Cloud-deck top layer provides all-day comfort but also provides over an inch of cold-busting insulation to keep your feet warm from the cold snow underfoot. The hard, bottom foam layer has aggressive traction lugs to give you great traction, while six brass ice-spikes per snowshoe add even more grip.

The military-grade Velcro binding system is both quick and easy, but most importantly secure once fastened. Highly adjustable, the Eva can accommodate a wide range of shoe sizes (Women’s 7 up to Men’s 14).

Eva snowshoe history:

Crescent Moon’s Co-founder, a passionate hiker and runner, developed the Eva snowshoe in 2017 based on his love of the rocker-shaped Hoka running shoes. The outcome was a comfortable, lightweight, and quiet snowshoe that made snowshoeing feel more like wearing a pair of your favorite running or hiking shoes. Hiking Snowshoes that both beginners and enthusiasts alike could appreciate. In short, nothing less than disrupting the entire category of traditional snowshoes.

We started making prototypes out of packing sheet foam, carving, sanding and forming them by hand to test the concept. We tapped a lead designer at Crocs and asked them to help us make "the best recreational snowshoes" on the market. Two years in the making and lots of time and days on snow, Eva was conceived.

Evas are a great first, or second, pair of snowshoes. They make great gifts too. They're approachable beginner snowshoes, great snowshoes for trail hiking, and can be used as running snowshoes . Even if you only get out a few times this winter, they're worth having in the trunk of your car for those moments where you want to get rid of some stress in the great outdoors and take a winter hike. They're perfect for that. Eva snowshoes are highly recommended for trails and in packed powder conditions and offer a more comfortable and quiet snowshoeing experience than a comparably sized traditional snowshoe.
